Well we're now in the dog days of summer. Enjoy and have fun! We've had one of the best summers in NEPA and at the studio. So many new students and clients!!! We're so thankful and happy to be helping everyone reach their goals. With the summer winding down we're even more excited to prepare for the new class line up this fall. So have fun in the last few weeks of summer and GET READY for even more excitment at the studio!!
We here at the studio are always thrilled to hear from clients who are seeing wonderful results. We all know the feeling when a new seaon arrives, trying on clothes from last year. Well we've heard from many of our clients that they're old clothes are a few sizes too big for them this year! Pilates will change your body shape in so many ways, that the scale isn't the best way to see the results, it's how those clothes fit you..come to the studio and see how we can change your body for this summer season!
This is a great time of year to get outdoors, walking or jogging will give your workouts a boost and being outside gives you much needed vitamin D. Remember you need to get your heart rate up for at least 30 min's 3 or 4 times a week. Along with your Pilates training you'll be in great shape for the summer season :o)
