Thu. 7/19 9:00 AM Cardio Ball, STEP and BODY BAR 9-10 am

TONE with the STEP & CARDIO BALL Class.

Come and join us for this great early morning class. BEST of the STEP for the lower body, and GREAT upper body workout with the Cardio Ball.

6:00 PM STRONG BALL 6-7 pm

THIS is our CORE and Weight training class. Adding some cardio makes it a well rounded class. This will change your body. 

Fri. 7/20 9:00 AM CORE CONTROL with Fitness BALL 9-10 am

This is a TRUE CORE and STRENGTH CLASS. From the moment it begins to the END of class, your core will be CHALLENGED. IT will change your body!

10:15 AM Mat PILATES with PROPS 10:15-11:15 am

We use just about everything in this class. Balls, bands, weights, weighted balls, magic circles andso much more.You will never be bored in this class, just stonger and leaner.

Sat. 7/21 2:00 PM CARDIO Ball, STEP and BOD Y BAR 10-11 am

This class will make your STRONG, BALANCED, STABLE and increase your STAMINA FROM the moment you start till the end, heart rates will be high. KEEP your body moving.

Mon. 7/23 9:00 AM MAT Pilates with Props 9 am-10 am

This is a class that will wake you up and give you a great start to your day. We will be using light weights and other props to give you a fantastic core and total body training. ALL LEVELS are WELCOME!

9:00 AM PILATES MAT with PROPS Energize, from start to end, you will find props that challenge, add fun, as well as take this class to a new level. We have weights, magic circle, balls, bands and more for a great Pilates mat class. This class would be for someone who has done Pilat... more

Cadio and CORE class it will help you reach your core strength and core goals along with the Cardio workout that gets your blood pumping. Give us a call and register for class.

Wed. 7/25 9:00 AM FASCIA RELEASE ON FOAM ROLLER

You will be amazed how wonderful this class makes you feel. We all have tension in our body, let us help you release your trigger points, and releax and center your whole body, while you stregthen and fine your deep strength.

Every wednesday at 9 am

10:00 AM Group Springboard Class 10-11 am

SPRINGBOARD is a great way to use a piece of Pilates equipment in a group setting. Springs add to the challenge. Please make sure you sign up in Advance for this class. Limited space.
