|What should I wear?|
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move without restriction. Pilates is generally practiced barefoot…or in socks. We have a small dressing room for your convenience.
|How many times a week should I practice Pilates?|
Practicing Pilates consistently at least once a week is necessary to receive the many benefits from your workout. Two to three times a week will bring quicker and more noticeable results. Commitment and consistency are the keys to creating changes in our bodies. To create a well-rounded workout, remember to combine your private Pilates sessions with weekly cardiovascular exercise.
|How soon will I get results?|
Every body is unique and will respond to the Pilates work at it’s own pace. Creating new movement habits and a new physique is a process that requires effort and commitment. Real and lasting change happens over time. The wonderful thing about Pilates is that you have FUN and FEEL wonderful all along the way. Regardless of your long-term goals, we have one very important goal for each session: that you leave rejuvenated, relaxed, more confident and comfortable in your body. This consistent investment in yourself creates results!
