Our level I Pilates Mat class. Introduces the fundamentals and principles of the Pilates Method and the basic Pilates Mat exercises. Special attention is paid to each student to insure the understanding of the Pilates Method in your specific body. Perfect for beginners, students looking for a slowe
r pace, or those looking to “brush up on the basics”! Students must be injury free.
If you have injury or special needs we strongly recommend starting with private sessions. This class will be held on Monday evenings, at 5:45 pm till 6:45 pm. This class will be taught by Pam.
(If you have never done a Pilates class taking the private lessons will give you the knowledge you need to understand the concepts in the classes)
