Mat class with Props, a group class, is designed for multi-level students. Modifications will be made for those students who are just starting out, or having to make minor adjustments. It combines mat class exercises and the classical philosophy of Pilates apparatus work without the use of equipment. You will look to your own body to create resistance.
This is an amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core. Open mat classes are challenging, giving you a great Pilates workout. You may enhance your practice by taking private or semi-private sessions as well. In this class you'll work at a deeper level and with more understanding of your core.

This group class teaches challenges strength and core stability with added resistance from the bands We will be adding the small balls, and the light weights. Using pilates concepts of proper stabilization and core strength, teacher will emphasize movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. An excellent compliment to other workouts on the schedule.
This class is scheduled on Monday mornings 9:00 am till 10:00 am (all classes will last at least one hour, there are times when the classes will run a bit longer)
