Pilates Strong - Light weight training that incorportes the displine and control into your form and awareness. You'll discover how lighter weights will challenge you in ways you never thought of before. Your muscles will be long, lean, beautiful and strong.
This weight training class along with the light weights we will also be using the body bar, and the stability ball. Functional fitness that will help you in your everyday life, not just when you're at the studio. We have class times to make everyone happy. This class will beheld on Saturday mornings, great way to get moving on a Saturday, this class will also incorporate the use of the the step to increase the challenge. This class can be modified for the beginner.
