Stretching your body is the single most important thing one can do to reduce stress, promote circulation, and help facilitate proper body alignment of the body. More and more we are sitting at desks, working on computers, talking on cell phones, or standing on our feet for long periods of time. All of this causes back and neck pain, tight hips and hamstrings.
Even if you bike, play tennis, golf, run etc…your body and mind needs to move and stretch in all positions to stay healthy and injury free.This class draws on various movement disciplines to strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and range of motion. You’ll work safely within your individual capabilities while challenging yourself. You'll discover how to use the Magic circle, bands and small balls to give you a deeper strectch.
This class will be held on Thursday nights at 6:00 till 6:45, just as you day is winding down and you can take the time to have your quiet time.
