MAT CLASSES WITH PROPS

 This class is perfect for all levels of students, from beginner to advanced. We will be using a variety of props, such as small balls, light weights, thera band, weighted ball, and magic circle. 

 You will find a deep connection to your core and your stabilizing muscles. Please call first to discuss your experience with Pilates.

STABILITY BALL CLASS

This class is a challenge for even the most seasoned student, there is always a new twist, or level to explore. Those who take this class must have previous experience with Pilates and the Stability ball.
