MAT PILATES WITH PROPS
Monday and Friday
9-10 am. Please call to reservse a spot

We use weights, balls, bands as well as magic circles for this class. It will build core strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. We recommend that beginner students take 2 private sessions before attempting this class.

STABILITY BALL CLASS

FRIDAY'S 8-9 am 

This is an advanced class, we do recommend only experienced students who have taken the mat class for a few months before taking this class. Its a very limited class size as well.
